+Oscar has announced a multi-year agreement with Sanford Health Plan, a provider-sponsored health plan for Sanford Health. Under the agreement, Sanford Health Plan will leverage Campaign Builder, +Oscar’s Engagement and Automation platform, to engage their nearly 200k members, improve clinical outcomes, and grow and retain their membership.
Sanford Health Plan is part of Sanford Health’s integrated system, providing world-class care in America’s heartland. As one of the largest non-profit, rural health systems in the country, Sanford Health leads the region in affordable sustainable health coverage in an evolving health care landscape. As Sanford Health Plan sought to deliver on their vision of improving healthcare for their members, they identified specific opportunities that, once improved, could enhance their member experience and deliver value to their business.
As of October 2023, Sanford Health Plan leverages Campaign Builder in the near term to:
- Drive member retention
- Encourage proper PCP utilization
- Close care gaps
- Improve clinical program enrollment and adherence
