- What is clinical documentation education?
The purpose of clinical documentation education is to assist in documenting evidence of excellent patient care within the medical record.
- Who are we?
A highly experienced team of certified medical coders, clinical documentation specialists and partnering clinicians with over 75 years of combined experience. We are credentialed through AHIMA, AMBA, ACDIS and AAPC holding the following certifications: CCS, CMRS, CCDS-O, CPC, CRC, CDEO, CPMA, CPCO, and AAPC Approved Instructor; working with a Board Certified MD, CPE.
- What is our focus?
Clinical documentation improvement (CDI) programs are designed to improve workflow and, indirectly, patient care and safety by clarifying documentation and enhancing the provider - patient - Oscar partnership and communication.
- How can we help?
CDI education, provider needs assessment, and on demand support. Remote EMR agreements and supplemental file feeds can also be initiated.
