When you search for a doctor in your Oscar account, you’ll see an icon that says “Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care” to the left of the doctor’s info. The doctor’s profile will also say “This doctor is a part of Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care clinics” under the ‘About’ tab.
No, they’re not in-network. If you pick up a specialty drug at an Amber Specialty Pharmacy, it’ll be processed as an out-of-network claim. You’ll want to get your prescriptions at in-network pharmacies to keep costs low. You can search for an in-network pharmacy right in your account. Or if you need assistance, just give your Oscar care team a call at (855) 672-2755.

In-person and virtual Primary Care services provided by Hy-Vee Exemplar providers are covered in full. Prescription drugs distributed by a physician in a Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Clinic are covered in full. This means if your provider issues or writes a prescription and sends it to another in-network pharmacy (Hy-Vee in-store pharmacy, CVS pharmacy, etc), you will pay the cost-share listed in your plan document. Talk with a Hy-vee Health Exemplar Care provider to review the full list of select $0 generics available at Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care clinics.

If you receive these services at a non-Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care clinic, you will pay the cost-share listed in your plan documents.
Hy-Vee Health with Oscar members are eligible for rewards upon completion of qualifying activities. Once Oscar receives the required eligible claims, the member will receive their Hy-Vee gift card in the mail.
